'Antique' 1930s Etching Signed Ballerina (French?) (Artist?)

    This is a recent print/etching I purchased that clearly depicts a Ballerina, I am guessing it might be French/European, and maybe from the 1930s era. (Might be slightly older or more recent) I am mainly curious if anyone knows who the artist is. I have been trying to figure it out without any luck. Greatly appreciate it if anyone has an idea. Thank you very much.

    No watermarks, printed on thin paper. Measures 20" x 15 1/8" edge to edge.

    i'd agree on your date, it looks very 1930's stylistically to me too.

    the signature doesn't ring any bells though
